VOLUNTEERING

We would love to have you as part of the Trail Events Volunteers Team! Please email us at [email protected] Let us know which event(s) you would like to help out at.
The role varies. You might be on a checkpoint, encouraging runners at certain points of the course and providing them with refreshments. If you have the fitness, you could be back running one of the routes (this means you would stay behind the last runner, looking out for any issues that could arise and keep HQ informed of your location). You might be helping at HQ, directing people to the parking area, registering runners before they start on their course (arrival time is usually around 6am) and/or giving out medals and refreshments at the end.
You get to support fellow runners and be outdoors, enjoying the vibes of an event. Additionally, you can enter one of our events (of your choice) for free. You also receive food on the day. Where we have camping facilities, you can camp for free if you would like to do so.
