///headings.huddling.flame Google MapsWe have wonderfully stocked checkpoints, that include a large range of products.
One of our partners UCAN Uk supply us with our hydration and energy powders. They also supply gels and bars if that is the option you prefer.
UCAN Uk products are 100% natural and completely sugar free - You do not need sugar and the drop off when you are running. These products are healthier, far better at delivery hydration and energy and you don't get the sugar low.
They use a 'SuperStarch' which is a complex carbohydrate (derived from non-GMO corn) that uniquely stabilises blood sugar levels.

REUSABLE CUPS
We are trying to reduce the use of plastic so we ask runners to bring reusable cups for drinks.
We are very excited to be heading back to the Wye Valley for what is surely one of our most stunning trail runs to date.
Set just up a short walk up the river from Symonds Yat, which is one of the most iconic spots of the Wye Valley. Returning to our home at Biblins Youth Campsite. Set right on the river bank next to the famous Biblins swing bridge, it is a perfect spot for us to start this gorgeous event.
It is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering stunning riverside walks, lush bluebell covered forests and so much more. We will be taking you on a stunning, yet challenging, run along the river banks and surrounding woodland.
For the marathon and ultra runners you will be following the River Wye Walk on the River Wye Path which leads you down river for a number of miles, you will then cross the river before picking up the Offa’s Dyke Path for a breathtaking stretch of the run.
Heading back up the Offa’s Dyke Path, you will then be led into the gorgeous Highmeadow Woods for a tough woodland circuit before crossing the river via the swing bridge to the finish!
The half marathon and 12K runners will be taking on the same route through the woodlands and along the riverbanks, but cross the river at an earlier spot, once across the river some woodland trails and beautiful routes await!
Once through the woods you will be crossing the swing bridge to the finish line.
Canicross friendly: Half marathon and 12k only (please ensure your dog has trained for the event).
