At our checkpoints you will find water, squash, coke, electrolytes, sweets, crisps, nuts, chocolate, bananas, cake, new potatoes and other carby bits on the marathon and ultra checkpoints . We are trying to reduce the use of plastic so we ask runners to bring reusable cups for coke and squash. There will not be any checkpoints during runs on our training weekends.

Dartmoor 24 Hour, 12 Hour & 6 Hour Trail Running Challenge – Solo, Pairs and Team options

Location – Private Land, Cator Court, Near Widecombe-in-the-Moor, Newton Abbot, TQ13 7UA
The first 24 hour challenge on Dartmoor will be with you in 2021. Set in the heart of Dartmoor on private land you’ll be running a 11k loop around some wonderful locations that aren’t normal accessible to the public.
Starting at 12:00am on Saturday you’ll be running through the night to finish at 12:00am on Sunday.
You can take part as a solo runner, pairs and teams of 4 people.
Time options, There will be a 24 hour, 12 hour and a 6 hour option for you to enter.
Options for the 24 hour Challenge – Starts 12:00am Saturday 14th August – Finish 12:00am Sunday 15th August
Solo – £85 per person
Pairs x2 – £65 per person
Teams x4 – £60 per person
There is also a 12 Hour option, this will see you start at midnight on Saturday 14th and finish at midday on Sunday 15th. Again there are sole, pairs and team options.
Options 12 Hour Challenge – Starts 12:00pm Saturday 14th August – Finishes 12:00am Sunday 15th August
Solo – £65 per person
Pairs x2 – £50 per person
Teams x4 – £40 per person
The 6 hour option, will see you start at 6:00am on Sunday 15th and finish at midday on Sunday 15th.
Options 6 Hour Challenge – Starts 06:00am Sunday 15th August – Finishes 12:00am Sunday 15th August
Solo – £45 per person
Pairs x2 – £35 per person
Teams x4 – £30 per person
Try to complete as many 11k laps as you can within your time limit. The most laps wins.
Teams and pairs can take it turns running laps, or run as many as you can before changing over to another member of your time or partner. You can change as many times and as often as you like.

Parking
Car park is open from 10:00 am on Saturday 14th August

Cap Parking is in the field where HQ is located.
Number & Timing Chip
For our events, numbers and timing chip's are to be collected on the day of the event at registration.
Please make a note of your registration time for the distance you selected and make sure you arrive giving yourself enough time to register.
Please also make a note of your briefing time and ensure you attend the briefing.
Both the number and the timing chip have to be worn at all times during the event.
You also have the chance to rent GPS tracking units, which enable your friends and family to track you all the way around the course.
Signage
We use a number of signs during our events. Arrow markers are on a hi-viz reflective red with white arrow to mark the direction to be taken.
We advise runners to bring a map of the route with them on event day in case of emergencies. You can download the map and print it and you can download GPX files to your device.
Regarding training weekends, no signage will be provided, as all runs will be guided.
Camping Info
Camping is available in the HQ field for Friday 13th and Saturday 14th August
