A stunning run around the famous and beautiful Lake District.
Based at Grange in Borrowdale, we will send you around some of the famous Lake District landmarks.
Starting off on the south banks of Derwent Water, we’ll head over the Derwent Fells towards the Honister Pass.
From here (depending on your distance), you’ll head up to Hay Stacks and along the Black Sail Pass and down to Wasdale Head.
This is where you start thinking about heading over Scafell Pike, the highest peak in England.
Once you come off Scafell Pike by Tongue Head, you join the Cumbria Way, which winds it’s way back to the finish line.
There are some tough climbs on all distances, but some outstanding views all the way around all routes!

Number & Timing Chip
Please make a note of your registration time for the distance you selected and make sure you arrive giving yourself enough time to register.
Please also make a note of your briefing time and ensure you attend the briefing.
Bibs and timing chips are collected on the day, during the registration period. Both the number and the timing chip have to be worn at all times during the event.
Signage
We use a number of signs during our events. Arrow markers are on a hi-viz reflective red with white arrow to mark the direction to be taken.
We advise runners to bring a map of the route with them on event day in case of emergencies. You can download the map and print it and you can download GPX files to your device.
Self Navigation runs (Dartmoor 100, Dartmoor 50), no signage will be used. Way marks on the national pathways will show the way, along with your gps units.
